Welcome to Crimson Weddings. These Terms & Conditions outline the policies that govern our services, how we work, and how you may use our website. By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these terms.

1. Services Offered
Crimson Weddings provides wedding photography, wedding films, pre-wedding shoots, portraits, and related creative services. Services delivered will match the package selected and the details outlined in your individual project contract.

2. Booking & Payments
     ● Bookings are confirmed only after receiving the non-refundable advance payment and signing the official contract.
     ● Remaining payments must be completed as per the schedule mentioned in your proposal or contract.
     ● Dates are assigned strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
     ● Without the advance, we cannot reserve your date.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by the Client

     ● The advance payment is non-refundable under all circumstances.
     ● If cancellation happens after full payment is made or close to the wedding date, additional cancellation fees may apply based on work already           completed or allocated.
     ● Any expenses already incurred (travel bookings, rentals, permits) will be charged to the client.

Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following rare situations:
    1. Crimson Weddings cancels the booking without providing a suitable replacement photographer.
    2. There is a major technical failure (such as corrupted files across all backups) that results in complete non-delivery.

Refunds will never apply to:
     ● Creative differences
     ● Client dissatisfaction with styling, lighting, décor, venue conditions, or event delays
     ● Missed shots caused by guest interference or time overruns
     ● Changes in personal preference after the event

Rescheduling by the Client

     ● We will accommodate your new date if our team is available.
     ● If we are not available on the new date, the booking will be considered a cancellation (advance non-refundable).

Cancellation by Crimson Weddings

In rare situations such as sudden illness, emergency, or unavoidable circumstances:
     ● We will arrange a replacement photographer/videographer of similar quality and style, or
     ● Provide a full refund of all payments made.
This is the full extent of our liability.

4. Creative Rights & Editing Style

     ● You are hiring us for our artistic style, and you trust our creative judgment.
     ● We do not share RAW or unedited photos/videos.
     ● All edits will reflect our established colour palette, tone, and style.
     ● Requests for extensive alterations (body modifications, background replacements, advanced retouching) may incur extra fees.

5. Delivery Timelines
     ● Photos: 4–12 weeks depending on the season and workload.
     ● Wedding films: 8–16 weeks depending on complexity and queue.
     ● Timelines may shift during peak seasons or due to unexpected circumstances.
     We work to deliver the best quality, not rushed results.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

     ● Share a detailed event timeline and designate a point-of-contact.
     ● Ensure that all required permissions (temple, resort, venue, etc.) are arranged.
     ● Provide unrestricted access to key ceremonies and areas.
     ● Arrange meals for the team for full-day shoots.
     ● Ensure the safety of equipment and crew in crowded or chaotic environments.

We cannot be held responsible for missed moments due to:

     ● Guest interference
     ● Venue restrictions
     ● Extreme lighting conditions
     ● Delays in the schedule
     ● Uncooperative family or wedding party members

7. Copyright & Usage Rights

     ● All photos and videos are copyrighted by Crimson Weddings.
     ● Clients receive a personal-use license, allowing printing, sharing, and posting online.
     ● Commercial use (brands, publications, promotions, merchandise) requires written permission.
     ● Photos cannot be altered, filtered, edited, or retouched by the client or third parties without consent.

8. Use of Images for Portfolio & Promotions

     ● We may use selected images and videos on our website, social media, or promotional material only if the client consents in the contract.
     ● If you opt for privacy, your images will not be shared publicly.

9. Guest Interference

We are not responsible for:

     ● Guests blocking shots with phones
     ● Guests stepping into ceremonies
     ● Unplanned events, sudden rituals, or last-minute changes happening outside our view

We will always do our best in all situations.

10. Limit of Liability

     ● In case of equipment failure, memory card damage, data loss, medical emergencies, or events beyond our control, our liability is limited to the            amount you have paid us.
     ● We maintain multiple backups, but no system is 100% fail-proof.
     ● We may attempt professional recovery if needed, but it is not guaranteed.

11. Travel & Accommodation

For outstation events:

     ● Travel, stay, and local transport for our team must be arranged by the client unless stated otherwise.
     ● Exact requirements will be mentioned in your proposal/contract.

12. Website Use Terms

By accessing our website, you agree:

     ● Not to copy or reuse content, images, or media without written permission.
     ● Not to engage in harmful activities such as hacking, scraping, or misuse of content.
     ● Not to misuse forms, email links, or data on the website.

13. Third-Party Links

Our website may include links to external services such as:

     ● Gallery platforms
     ● Payment gateways
     ● Social media
     ● Portfolio hosting

     We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these external websites.
